Special Provision In Respect Of Incapacitated Employee
If it is certified by the medical board constituted by Government of Nepal that any civil employee is unable to serve regularly owing to a physical or mental disease, Government of Nepal may retire that employee, by adding a service period of Seven years in maximum to
